Sunny Isles Beach est une ville située sur une île barrière dans le nord-est du comté de Miami-Dade, en Floride, aux États-Unis. La ville est bordée par l'océan Atlantique à l'est et la voie navigable Intracoastal à l'ouest. Sunny Isles Beach est une zone de diversité culturelle avec des magasins bordant l'avenue Collins, l'artère principale de la ville. Elle est renommée pour avoir le 14ème plus haut horizon en Amérique malgré sa population relativement faible. C'est une zone de villégiature en croissance et des promoteurs comme Michael Dezer ont beaucoup investi dans la construction d'hôtels et de condominiums de grande hauteur tout en autorisant l'utilisation du nom de Donald Trump pour certains des bâtiments à des fins promotionnelles. Sunny Isles Beach a un emplacement central, à quelques minutes de Bal Harbour au sud, et Aventura au nord et à l'ouest.
